That's a "dam(n)" good picture for some really wickedly creative person to come up with a caption for!

"I know I've done diddly-squat feathers for salmon and for the enviment itself these here past couple of years, and I'd just like to say I'm damn proud of that and will continue to do absolutely nothing so that the salmon will quit expecting handouts and learn to deal with pollution and the destruction of their homes all on their own!"
