Does Bush* Have Tennis Balls Underneath His Armpits?

Why does he stand that way? What's with the idiotic pose? Is it intentional to try and appear more "manly" and larger than he really is? Is it to convey attitude? Or is he just an idiot and unaware that he's making himself look more stupid than he already does.

Normal poor posture. Drooping shoulders.

Oversized shoulder pads. Awkward fit. Head appears too small.

Lost? Confused? Feeling out of place? Uncomfortable in his own skin? ("Condi, help!")

1. It's a flak jacket

aka bullet-proof vest.

The drooping shoulders are caused by the straps bulging up the jacket around the neck and the weight of the thing.
