Regarding the editorial director at head office - last night's post

He sent me another today. I think we're going to get along very well. He sent me suggestions, I email him back, then he sent me another saying he thought I was a good guy and he thinks we can build a winner. So that's all good.
Plus I'm sober now, so I have a....clearer perspective on things.
Also, my Publisher is letting me hire another reporter! YAY!
