Milk A Moose For 2 Hours, Get Hard To Find "Moose Cheese"

STOCKHOLM, Sweden -- Farmers in northern Sweden are hoping cheese-lovers with deep pockets develop a taste for moose cheese.

It's very expensive because moose milk is hard to obtain.

The Johansson farm -- which claims to be the only moose dairy farm in Europe -- has 14 moose in the fields -- but just three that can be milked.

Christer Johansson says, "Fortunately they know and love" the farmers -- because the moose weigh roughly a half-ton.

It takes two hours of milking to get up to a gallon from each moose.
