First day at new job
Edited on Tue Aug-26-03 11:06 PM by HEyHEY
Went alright, mostly just kinda screwed around and figured out the computer programs we use. Tomorrow I start selling. My office is currently a storage room for everything else. My boss has a funny temper, he was freakin' on an air miles person on the phone, saying the funniest things. My two co-workers, with whom I went to college, showed me some of the ropes and where in the area to get the best bang for your buck when it comes to vegatable soup...speaking of lunch, I get an hour lunch break! Yowwzaa! I don't even know what to do with it. Almost makes me wanna start smoking again.

On the ride home I discovered there is now government sponsored poetry on the skytrain, I did a double take of that to know for certain that it was indeed governement sponsored. Wow. Now though I am beat, anyone else start a new job today? How was it?

edit for a buncha fuckin typos...fuck it YOU deal with them

The bastards actually want us to enjoy our commute home! I gotta admit, I felt all warm and fuzzy when I saw it. Not only that it took up an ad space!
