So I ran over a cat in Ulthar today.

I was passing through on my way from Sarnath to Ooth-Nargai. I stopped, but this big unutterable thing started chasing me, so I got back in my cutless and went home. Now the big blasphemous statue in my living room has the word DOOM scratched across it. What should I do?

It's really freaking me out. There's a whole shitload of cats right outside my window. The really big three-eyed cats from saturn are staring me down.

Look for a book called "The Necronomicon", you will find what you need in there.
