Police department changes website domain name, pornography ensues.

AP - WINTER HAVEN, Fla. - Visitors to a Winter Haven police Web site are getting an eyeful since the old Internet address has been taken over by a Russian pornographer.

Winter Haven Police gave up the domain name more than a year ago, but law-enforcement related Web sites still have links to the old address.

Instead of getting information about Chief Darrell Kirkland or the department's address, visitors see a shapely nude woman and a warning the site is for adults only.

of a company I used to work for.
We had a toll free customer service number as well as a local number (202 area code) for local customers....

Much hilarity ensued when it was discovered that when you dialed the LOCAL number with the 800 area code, you got a raunchy ad with some "hot mamas" wanting you to call their kinky 900 service (only $4.95 a minute! All major credit cards accepted!)
