CAPTION the economic slump

W is wondering: I wonder where I can find some jobs for people looking for work ... hmmmmm ... but, I see people working all the time ... someone drives the car ... someone fills the water glass ... maybe my great plan is working ... tax cuts to the rich ... bomb-then-rebuild Iraq using taxpayer money so corporations can profit ... submit deficit defense spending budgets as far as the eye can see; but criticize Congress if they spend any money for anything else ... but, I better go to Ohio, Indiana and Missouri next week anyway ... need to raise some much needed campaign money as I go sprechin' about 'jobs' ...
