its more of sleeping fuck up, I went to bed at 7 with the intention of waking up at 2 to study for a chem test, and I haven't been back to sleep since.
I start school in two hours, I am gonna be getting ready for that in a half hour or so, so I can hopefully have breakfast which is so hard to come by with me always rushing. You mean people actually live in alaska ;) other than polar bears?
I was up late because I was at the doctor today and got some drugs that made me sleep until a couple hours ago. But then I started feeling groggy again and I went to bed a few minutes ago. I'm probably asleep by now...
Too bad, I'll have put off pictionary for now. But it sounds like future fun, that or a rousing round of charades.
I work in the automated wafer handling systems. So I only have something to do if the robots ain't moving the lots of wafers. Which means I either have tons to do, or nothing.
18. I try to do that too but really end up with a screwed up sleep/wake cycle.
Was up all night last evening, slept for a couple of hours woke up and am at it again. I zzzzzz'd out for 4 hrs an am up again here. I will definitely have to get some sleep later today.
32. Oh yes, working up to melatonin for winter season.
One has to change things around once in a while. The melatonin works for a bit then its so, so. Done the PM routine, now I use the plain stuff simply sleep for those difficult days. I used to do a few cocktails in the am but thats only a crutch and I've tapered off.
Still Rum & cokes sometimes work best for me until the caffine kicks in. :eyes:
Right now I'm under some family health related stress and it has thrown me for a loop. I'm glad I'll be retiring in the spring but you know once a night person always a night person.
