10. Cove, Glen, Parkway, Hwy, Run, Trace...
are some of the ones in my address book that didn't make the poll. I'm surprised that Terrace isn't doing better. I've got 3 friends who live on terraces.

As a matter of fact, my street has no less than THREE names (Something Road, Something Else road, and Another Name Path), depending on where you pick it up. It's really a series of shorter L-shaped roads adjoining one another at the turns.

Drives the visiting company crazy.

20. My town's confused...
...on the legal maps it's Lincoln Street, on the signposts it's Lincoln Avenue. (shrug). I get my mail at the Avenue.
