It's an ordinary office chair about 20 feet up. How the :shrug: did it get up there?

3. I suspect it was teenagers.
Once I arrived at a friend's house to find her teenage son along with about three other friends wrangling a bike into a tree. They were playing some kind of joke on another friend.
