13. It's all wrong
For one thing, it has to be MUCH longer. Second, get rid of the shiny cheap exterior material. I'm not at all sure about the red satin either.

If it was very long and a matte finish it would be ok, worn at night with a cane and a BIG green emerald signet ring.
