3. In Europe
they require that they be recycled now. Have to be made of 85% recyclables now, will go up to 95% fairly soon. <sarcasm> Of course, that would ruin our economy here. </sarcasm>

9. Under a bus.
I donated my dead car to the local Fire Dept and they used it to stage a mock disaster drill by tipping a church bus over on it. They had rescue teams from the entire area in to "assist" with the disaster, and they used local school kids/volunteers as mock victims so they could practice triage.

They even had the county EMS helicopter out there for an airlift of the seriously injured...

The kids all reported it as a good time and the local fire depts all said it was a great drill.

Not a bad way for a car that won't run anymore to go out--eh?
