I'm hetero, so as far as male-female pairings, I have no problems with that. I have no problem with homosexual pairings, either.

What scares me is this, and it's not necessarily 'heterophobic' - but the idea of redneck chest-thumpers who would exact revenge on anyone who doesn't fit their standard of "normal". . . frankly, those types scare me. Then again, that's probably more 'red-neck-o-phobe' than anything, but that's just my take. . .

3. I've gotta admit
before I met all the great hetero folks I've met on DU, I really didn't like straight people.

Glad folks here showed me not all hetero's are small-minded bigots.
