2) CAR loss or tie
3) STL loss or tie

CAROLINA PANTHERS
Carolina can clinch a playoff berth with:
1) CAR win + MIN loss
2) CAR win + SEA win or tie
3) CAR win or tie + STL loss or tie.


NEW ORLEANS SAINTS
New Orleans clinches playoff berth with:
1) NO win + STL loss or tie
2) NO win + SEA win or tie + MIN win or tie

Seattle can clinch division title with:
1) SEA win or tie
2) STL loss or tie


ST. LOUIS RAMS
St. Louis can clinch playoff berth with:

Jax wins and Denver loses then Jax is in. If both lose then the Ravens are in. (I know ties enter into this. We will talk ties if there is an OT game).

On edit:

I think Seattle is playing for a division title and a home game. If they lose then STL wins the division.
