I think Fred Phelps should have the right to install the Shepard memorial

Fred Phelps keeps going from town to town claiming that the First Amendment's guarantee of free speech gives him the right to install a huge stone monument claiming that Matthew Shepard is in hell because the Book of Leviticus says lying with mankind as with womankind is an abomination.

As a lover of free speech, I thoroughly agree that the good Reverend should have every right to take over the public commons with his soul-winning message.

And as a fellow lover of free speech, I'm certain that the good Reverend agrees with me that I should have the right to rent a forklift, scoop up the Shepard memorial and drop the fucking thing in the river.
