For me, it is chicken tenderloins slowly fried in a little peanut oil with teriyaki baste & glaze, chopped garlic, and black pepper. On the side, white rice and Pagoda frozen egg rolls baked in the oven. Hot Chinese mustard in which to dip the egg rolls.

Me love it long time.

5. stroganoff. first:
mince some onion and saute them on med-high in butter until they're clear. Then add your beef, or venison, seasoned with salt and pepper and cut into thin strips. You just want to sear it now, not cook it all the way through. When it's brown, reduce heat to Med you just want it to barely be simmering. Add one package of fresh mushrooms and 2 cans of beef stock. cover. Do not touch for 30 minutes. As the liquid reduces, add more stock. After about 1.5 hours, taste meat to make sure it's tender. Turn off heat. After letting it stand for 4-5 minutes, add 1 cup of sour cream, and stir to combine.

Serve over noodles or rice.

8. Salmon Eduardo
It's a grilled salmon recipe I invented for my husband (Ed) when we were dating. It goes w/ rice pilaf and steamed asparagus w/ olive oil and lemon.
