Need a quote from the movie "Patton"

When he was making his battle plans for the Battle of the Bulge.

Something like, "The German Army is demoralized and starving, and they haven't launched a winter offensive since Frederick the Great. That is exactly why I think they will do that."

Patton, and it was a summary of several briefings he held.
