4. Just take a lot of money
First to buy the gun and then to feed it ammunition. Wish I had one, but I don't have a2000 yard range. I wish they had not discussed the Rand report.

They have been around since the early 80s. I didn't see this show about it but I saw one about 4 or 5 years ago trumpeting the threat these rifles supposedly held.
