Grrrr, I hate it when mail-order companies screw up my order

I order a DVD burner for a machine I'm building for a customer on Tuesday of last week, I pay for 2 day shipping, thinking the item will ship on Wednesday.

They send me an e-mail confirming that it shipped Wednesday night, BUT the tracking no. doesn't show up at Fed-Ex. Then, Thursday morning, finally the order actually ships. Of course, now it's late and I'm receiving it on Monday instead of Friday.

So, the drive finally gets here today, and it's FRICKIN' DEFECTIVE!!!!

So now, I have to ship the damned thing back and wait for the replacement to ship back to me. That means I won't have the drive until this Friday, or possibly next Monday.

GODDAMNIT!

The thing that sucks is this is a company I've been doing business with for 4 years or so with NO problems, and the one time they do blow it, it's when I'm in the biggest rush. Goddamn Murphy's Law and all that.

SHIT SHIT SHIT.
