Is your pet your best friend?
Edited on Mon Jan-10-05 07:21 PM by Dees
My Yellow Lab's name is Jake. He is as loyal as the day is long. Of course he is...he's a Democrat. I can rattle on and on and lays on the floor and stares at me. I can't even spell certain words anymore..he has picked up on that routine. He's not my best friend (my wife will be looking over my shoulder shortly) but he's damn close to it.

John

8. Same with my Oberon
every morning I wake up to the same sight:

I'd say that my late kitty Peewee at least rivals my two closest human friends: http://www.catster.com/?100334

I think only another "dog person" would understand. He is a great friend and companion and I can't imagine life without him.

9. I have 5 of them (3 cats and now sadly only 2 dogs). I could not
live without them.

10. Our Springer, Champ is a total belly whore who loves sleeping on his back
on pillows. He also really likes comforters on top of the water bed.

Tow grown men and a 70 lb dog have a tough time cohabiting on a queen-size bed but we make it somehow.

We call him our "teddy-dog" because he's furry and adores snuggling.
