Hamburger
In keeping with the food theme, please name your favorite hamburger joint. My nominee is Hagenberger's in Oakland, CA or Winstead's in Kansas City.

In n' Out, #1 with grilled onions. They pay their workers good and offer great benefits.. awesome fast food and I don't lose my soul. Sweet! Plus, they still wear the funny paper hats and the aprons with the fricking huge safety pins.

5. Local: Mike's Little Holland hamburger stand in Fircrest.
Stand in the classic sense: it's just a little shack. You stand outside, place your order at the window. Ten minutes later, a delicious burger, heavenly fries and a butterscotch milkshake to die for! :9

National Chain: Red Robin. Although I miss their waffle-cut fries. :(

48. You've never had a burger until you've been to Booche's
The Booche burger has been a Columbia Mo staple for 120 years, and it the best burger anywhere. While Booche's is a bar/pool hall, they have perfected the art of making a burger. If you're ever in the Mid Missouri area, go to the corner of Cherry and Ninth St, and look south for the Booche's sign. Treat yourself, have a beer and a Boocheburger.

Are they still as good as they used to be? It's been almost 30 years, and I still remember the taste of a Goldie's hamburger. Never had one as good since, even though I'd give my eye teeth for a Sonic cheeseburger right now, too. Or how about Tastee-Freeze?
