With the Mac mini, frustrated PC users can now switch to a Mac at little cost and still be able to use their existing monitor, mouse and keyboard...

9. that was my initial response BUT...
you can constantly update the 100 or so songs that are in there using a play list. I usually move from one playlist to the next every month or so, so that's probably how it will be best used. Might work. And the price isn't bad either.

11. Actually, I do it all the time.
The shuffle function on the IPod is the greatest thing ever.

Listening to music in context gets old after awhile, and I'm an album person.

12. Better check the fine print-- you CAN play a list in order
The iShuffle can play songs in order-- read a little further down the page.

IMHO, it sounds like a light-weight iPod for under $100. For those of us who can't justify spending $300 on a glorified walkman, this may just do the trick.
