Caption the Karl Rove Alert

Karl Rove sent a signal today to the Homeland Security Dept that the shit is hitting the fan and it's time for another terrorist attack. Tom Ridge is planning to go from yellow to orange alert as soon as it doesn't look too obvious.

would not surprise me one bit! If the media and the rest of the American public would wake up, there are no telling how many scandals in this admin that could be uncovered!
