as was the final ruling

I have to wonder whether such a ruling can really occur. David Kelley's shows often reflect the political environment - which is why I always like them (as long as he stays from "soap")

Still at the end, both women were ambivalent about their win, hoping that another rule, down the road, won't eliminate the teaching of evolution altogether.
