5. Steelers, even though they played poorly Saturday.
I'm a huge Steelers fan, and even I will vouch for the fact that they got lucky. Bring on the Patsies!

7. Be careful what you wish for, Hoss.
Brady is the best big-game QB out there today, and Big Ben, while he's had a hell of a run, looked like the rookie that he is on Saturday. What do you think a Belichick defense, which hamstrung Peyton Manning, will do to the kid?

9. So what happened in the regular season?....................
The Steelers didn't seem to have too much trouble with Belichick's defense. The offensive line didn't prove to be much of a challenge, either.

Manning means nothing. He has a history of choking in the playoffs (particularly against the Pats), and the weather at Foxboro was a definite factor. But that won't play with the Steelers. The Pats are coming to Heinz Field, smarting from that regular season loss.

We'll see. The book makers, however, are picking the Pats. I think they're wrong. I'm hoping for a Steelers-Falcons SB.

11. You mean besides Corey Dillon not playing?
I'm just guessing that might have had a slight impact on the outcome.

14. Yeah, he'll have an impact..................
but the Steelers have the #1 defense in the league. But I have to agree with ESPN in that if Pittsburgh can't get out to an early lead, things are gonna be tough.

15. I've got to love the Steeler "D"
but I think the Pats can adjust better on both sides of the ball. Either way, it should be a hell of a game.

12. Despite "looking like a rookie" on Saturday,
He still looked a pretty damn good rookie. Sorry, but the Blitzburgh defense will prevail. Despite the Steelers' subpar showing, the defense was on.

16. Got to disagree.
He's looked like a "pretty damn good rookie" in the regular season, but on Saturday he appeared confused and over-matched. Bad turnovers late in the game tend to come back and bite you on the ass eventually. If Brien hits either kick, this Cinderella season is over. As it is, they live to fight another day. I'll be glued to the tube next weekend, it should be fun.

13. Very OT idea
I'd love to see USC get to train like an NFL team for a year, and then go up against the 49ers. Obviously SF would win now as they're in far better shape, but I think a top college team could do as well if they were allowed to train the same way.
