I need help finding the name of a song...

My friend heard a song and wants to know the name and artist. She only remembers that it was a female singer, had "holding hands in the park eating ice cream" or something like that, it was somewhat upbeat, top 40ish, and was out a few years ago. Anyone know what she is talking about?
