I almost got through today without getting upset, but...
I went to the gym after work and was in the middle of my workout when Fleetwood Mac's "Don't Stop" came up on my MP3 player. I thought about how far we have fallen since 1993 and nearly burst into tears. I hid my face in my towel for a few seconds to compose myself and then concentrated on my workout. My eyes were still a bit teary but I pretended it was sweat.
