Is anybody watching the Hasidic guy sing Reggae on Carson Daly?

It's really good quality, modern reggae.

It appears the singer was born in West Chester, PA, where I went to college. I'm intrigued.

so I looked up the listing on Yahoo TV Guide and then I googled the name Matisyahu, and there you go.

Check this paragraph out:
"Leaving Israel proved to be a difficult transition. Once back in White Plains, Matisyahu didn't know how to maintain his new connection with Judaism. 5. I was listening to most of it without looking at the screen.

It was good, but it was not Jimmy Cliff. But, then I turned and looked at the singer and, well, I wasn't expecting what I saw. So, I thought it was great again. I imagine if I had to listen to it over and over, the novelty would wear off and I would turn back to Jimmy Cliff.
