That's what my kids told me as I sent them off to school with the warning, "Be careful on the way to school, and if you see Spongebob, don't turn gay!"

We had just been mocking the morning news before they left.

3. my 11 yr old rolled his eyes when I told him people were saying
spongebob was gay because he hold his best friends hand. He said mom, that was just one episode. But other than that, he's just preoccupied with digging some Playboy magazine someone tossed on the side of the road at the end of the street out of the ice.

You should have heard the religious nutjobs trying to explain their "position" on TV this morning.

"Well, it isn't really even implied in the video, but if you go to the web site for the people who produced the video, they suggest tolerance for different views, and someone could interpret that as..."

Why the fuck are these people given a platform?
