I just made an "Irish Chocolate"
Basically 3/4 hot chocolate and 1/4 Irish Cream = 100% delicious!

2. Try this drink sometime
Coffee, Baileys, Frangelico topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. I've heard it called a "Nutty Irishman".

4. Oh baby
That sounds excellent.

Did you use a pre-mix for the hot chocolate, or do you have a good recipe?

9. I use that hot chocolate mix to make Hot Mocha --

just add some instant coffee to the powder before you add the hot water. I like it because it cuts the sweetness of the hot chocolate mix, and because you can actually use less of the mix if you add the coffee. (Using less mix w/o adding coffee makes it taste like water with some chocolate flavor -- blcch.)

Adding Bailey's to the Hot Mocha should be good, too.

Another thing to try is adding Amaretto. I'll be trying some of the liqueur ideas later, you can bet! :7 Especially if we get snow tonight. (Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!)

11. I've been on a melted milk chocolate kick lately
Basically making chocolate sauce with a chocolate bar, some butter, half & half and vanilla. It's REALLLY good. Much better than that Hershey's syrup crap. It makes a killer chocolate milk shake.
