4. I'm supposed to get up in about 18 minutes...

Then shower, get dressed, make breakfast and coffee (Lots of it) pack my temperature sensitive materials in my car (Food, Soda, and bottled water) and then be on the road by 6. I gotta be there no earlier than 9, however, the last winter road report from 7:00 PM last night suggests that the first half of my drive mught be a little hairy until I get to Hwy 29 in Shawno, So what normally takes 1 1/2 to two hours may take 3, including bathroom and coffee stops.
