Sean: Murder of Man Justified Despite No Proof he was a Threat.
Lets say I feel a guy has a gun and is going to shoot me, so I shoot him first and kill him. After killing the man it comes out he DIDN'T have a gun and probably wasn't planning on attacking me. Wouldn't I go to jail? Isn't this the same thing Bush did? Hm....
