Sonic Youth question

Anyone remember when 'Dirty' first released there was a fold-out section in the disc of people having relations with...um..you know...stuffed toys?

Recent versions, well at least the one I have don't have this gallery in it.

Am I dreaming? Am I really missing anything? It seemed kind of funny when I first saw it. Now I feel censored.
