ARRGGHH! Trying To Get My Kid's PS2 Network Adapter to work!!!

What a PITA!

First, I had to spend $20 sending the console to San Diego to have the diode updated so it could read the installation disc. Now it reads the disc, but I can't get it to connect to the Sprint DSL service. I call Sprint, they connect me to Sony - an offshore help line, by the sounds of it. They give me a Sony tech phone # to call...which connects to a flower service!

Their tech manual on the product is NO help.

Has anyone else been through this and made the damn thing work? Why did I waste $ on this lame-ass Xmas present?

Help.
