Chicago DU get-together.
We're getting together Sunday, February 20, around 2 p.m. at Celtic Crossings, 751 N. Clark St.

Perhaps I can get MrG to drive me. It's only 5 hours and if there is no lake effect snow it'd be no problem...HMmmmmm. I will definitely let you know. I'd love to finally meet a DUer after 2 1/2 years on this board.

I have never been to a DU meetup, but I have been to the Kerry/Edwards meetups at Frankie Z's in the past. From that, I can tell that us Dems can become a pretty rowdy and loud bunch! I hope the management does not mind a group of half-drunk dems around the place, lol.

although she is coming down from the Milwaukee area. She and short bus will only be at the gathering a short time because she has to take him to the airport for his flight home.
