Go to "Options", then click "Edit your preferences".

6. You can set your time zone preferences yourself
After you enter "Forums," click options "Options." Then click on "Edit Your Preferences." The first choice you have is for time zone. Find the one you want on the pull-down menu and then hit the "update" button at the bottom of the page.

Voila! Everybody's posting times magically change to your time zone.
