I was at the Red Sox /Yankees Game Tonight
Any questions?

We saw the whole brouhaha-we have excellent seats behind the opposing team's dugout. It was not a fine moment in baseball. Especially when a 72-year old guy takes a swing at the opposing team's pitcher, and doesn't expect him to defend himself.

Pedro hit Karim Garcia. Big whoop. Roger has a loooonnng history of that. Remember the Mets and Mike Piazza? The indignation of the Yankees fans is ludicrous. Karim then slides into Todd Walker to intentionally injure him, and later leaves the game injured from roughing up a Fenway employee in the bullpen who got into it with Jeff Nelson.

Yes, the Yankees are above reproach and are so much classier than the Red Sox.

:eyes:

2. The Yankees Won-But I hope we Play the Cubs
A Sox-Cubs World Series would be awesome! Like 1918-maybe the curse would be over then.

4. Or the 1908 curse for us Chicagoans!
We both are cursed, LOL. Though cartoons here have the billy goat going to heaven, and then there are the ones of hell freezing over, LOL.

9. Yea I guess so
So do you wanna go to Salem and ask the witches for help  I am sure after 311 years they want something to do or maybe Steinbrenner paid them a lot of money to work for the yankees.

10. How'd you get the seats?
I tried to get some from teh Red Sox when they went on sale. No luck. Ticket Agencies were way too pricey. No way I could justify spending that much money for one game. Even a game 7 World Series is not worth $1000 a ticket or more.
