2. You are a disgrace
to the Brotherhood Of The Beard. We are a long respected group, who are in mortal fear of razors and other sharp objects.

If you had shaved off a full beard, then we would have to put you through the expulsion ceremony from the Loyal Order of Fuzzylips, of which I have been a proud member since 1992.

Let me give you an idea of what this ceremony is like:

Sound of drums tapping. The participants in the ceremony march on to the sacred gound.
The member to be expelled from the order stands before the presiding officer and facing the line of members in good standing.
The presiding officer strips the buttons off the member's shirt.
The presiding officer throws to the ground a bag of cheap disposable razors that the member used on the undergrowth of his chin and stomps on them.
Finally, the presiding officer takes the member's electric beard trimmer, breaks it over his knee and lets it drop to the ground.
The drums continue to tap. The presiding officer and the members in good standing march off, leaving the expelled member standing, clean shaven, in the rain.

9. Well, thank god I never had a full beard, then...
The hair isn't consistent on my jaw from my chin to the sideburns.

14. Isn't it a bizarre sensation?
I cut my beard off every couple, three years- then grow it back. But for about the first two days it's just weird... things brushing against your face, a napkin at a meal, even the wind. Trips me out...

6. Nah, I left them on.
I'm not gonna do what that guy Steve-O did on Jackass when he shaved and waxed every single strand of hair off his body, then went belly-flop diving.

17. You're breaking my heart here!
That photo in your sig (who IS that?), combined with a fondness for goatees? I better log off and get back into the real world for a while. (And if you say that you also like overweight middle-aged computer geeks, I'm going to cry. :P)

13. I like both!
My husband is growing his beard now that it's getting colder and he looks amazingly sexy. By the time March rolls around, I'll be sick of it and he'll shave it off. The worst things about beards are that they scratch my face when I kiss him.

15. Depends on the man
I can go for clean-shaven or not. I have, however, convinced my husband to please not shave off the moustache and goatee again. He looks like a geek without it, but that's him. The only thing I don't like is beards that are too long and unkept looking (i.e. Santa Clause or ZZ Top). And I hate goatees or beards with no moustache. Hello? Abe Lincoln, go back to the your Amish farm.

16. Why did you shave?
Guys at my work have to be clean shaven in the beard area and have mustaches trimmed to a certain size. My dad had to shave his beard when he had to wear a respirator for work. So is it work related or do you just want to try another look. Personally, I like my husabnd clean shaven but some guys look alright with a mustache or a small beard.

My face was starting to look pretty scruffy.

19. Ain't nothin prettier than a scruffy beard...loved a man with a hair every
1/2 inch or so. Why he grew it was beyond me, but I loved that man. So I have come to love scruffy beards. Just a remnant!!
