The cannibal banquet (a groaner)

The cannibals bagged a fat juicy missionary and were serving him up, buffet style. Each cannibal would come along and choose his/her favorite bit:

"I'll have some thigh." "OK, here you go, and here's your Pepsi"

"Gimme some ribs." "OK, and here's your Pepsi"

et cetera et cetera et cetera

One guy had been off in the forest for some reason, and showed up really late.

Chef: "Sorry, there's not much left. All there is is his Thing."

Guy: "Ugh. Well, I guess it's better than nothing."

Chef: "OK, here you go, and here's your Coke."

Guy: "Hey, what's with the Coke when everyone else is drinking Pepsi?"

Chef: "Don't you know that Things go better with Coke?"

You're only showing your age, or lack thereof. "Things go better with Coke" is a slogan they used in, I guess, the early 70's or so.

Jeffrey Dahmer jokes. You know, like he had to fire his lawyer because the guy was charging him an arm and a leg. Or he put an ad in the paper to sublet his apartment. It said, "Roommate included; some assembly required."
