I can't say for sure about the over-40 crowd, but the young'uns have absolutely no sense of reserve when they want to get down.

And they are quite inhibited. Have you never wondered why teen pregnancy is not a problem in Japan, and why the population growth rate is virtually zero, even though the Pill is not widely available?

The ones that want to "get down" take overseas "English study" vacations.
