Today is my parent's 57th Wedding Anniversary!
It's also my roommate's birthday.

My brother-in-law's birthday.

5. That wedding anniversary is a big accomplishment.
Speaks of longevity two ways. They're both around to celebrate and they stuck by each other through lots of ups and downs. Big congrats to them both!!

9. My grandparents made it 64 years together.
I once asked my Gran how they managed to stay together so long, and she said "We were good friends ---always--- and we loved each other deeply from the start" and "We made a solemn vow to each other when we got married and we never forgot that, even when we had our disagreements, so we just hammered them out and went on".

Congrats to your parents, and may they have many, MANY more years together! :toast:
