Why doesn't anyone know how to kiss anymore?
I was just assaulted by another Britney kiss. I have no idea who she was kissing (some girl) but they came at each other with their mouths open and their tongues out. I don't get it... exactly one man ever kissed me that way and I never kissed him again.

What is sexy about smashing your teeth together? It is like sex without forplay. Where is the seduction? I have nothing against open mouths and tongues, however I have always felt it was something you worked up to after a minute (at least) or so.

Am I horribly old fashioned or something?

As for Britney (and what we see in the movies) -- my bet is that the little ham is chewing the scenery for the benefit of the cameras... Acting is another human activity that improves with practice.

They simply don't know how to do it.

Kissing on TV lately has them dubbing in horrible schlucking sounds...gad...you could never sneak a kiss that way! The whole neighborhood would know.

Totally off putting.

Sounds like suction cups on steroids!

Love is an art...what we have today are people who are more suited to troughs.

Mmm...thanks for the reminder though. The last guy who kissed me did a lovely job of it. Warm soft kisses that leave you wanting more. :-) Much better than someone coming at you with their mouth wide open like the shark in Jaws.

like dogs. It's about as erotic. Hint: People who are not involved in the kiss do not want to see your uvula. People who are involved in the kiss should probably keep their adenoids to themselves until they start sighing and purring.

Starting off with the mouth open and the tongue out is about as erotic as using, "Brace yourself" as foreplay.
