NO ONE on DU can provide you the help you need. No one is qualified, and it would be grossly unethical for any of us to play doctor. I understand you have problems, but you're asking the wrong people for help. You have a severe medical condition, and you need medical help.

I was simply pointing out that no matter how you feel right now, you are ultimately 'O.K.', as in....this too shall pass....and it will.
