Old Joke I Just Remembered

A woman called the police and said, "Get right over here, there is a Democrat masturbating in my front yard!"

"We'll come arrest him, lady," said the police, "but how do you know he's a Democrat?"

"Because," said the woman, "if he was a Republican he'd be screwing somebody else!"

2. Reminds me of a bit from "Dharma and Greg".

Greg was running for office, but got caught having sex with Dharma in a semi-public place. Bill Maher was a guest on the episode and made this comment:

"He was having sex with his wife, so we know he's not a Democrat. On the other hand: he was having sex, so we know he's not a Republican."
