Anybody know how to turn a PDF into a Gif?

With the print large enough to read? Here's the PDF.. Thanks

1. Free Ghostscript Software Will Do That

Or specifically GSview:

http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/

Just load the PDF and then use the Convert option (from the File menu) to save it out as a GIF. (Or JPG, or bitmap, etc.)
