Veteran character actor Jack Elam dead at age 84.

He died a few days ago and maybe this has been posted but I just read about it in today's paper. He always played some good supporting roles. RIP............ http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2003/10/22/entertainment/main579517.shtml

Thanks for letting me know. I liked Jack Elam. When we're on vacation we never watch the news or read the paper. Too much depressing stuff there.
