I'm doing an all nighter tonight (sigh)
As a graduate student who teaches a late afternoon class I have perhaps too much flexibility to schedule my work day each day: the result? I sleep late, wakeup late and often work well into the evening. Often my workday starts at 2PM! My sleep schedule is all F'd up now, and I think it's putting me in a bad mood. With the end of daylight savings time I'll be seeing even less daylight now during the day. Studies have shown that seeing very little daylight can put one in a foul mood. So, I'm doing an all nighter tonight to wear me down so I'll be forced to go to bed early tomorrow night. I have struggled with this for almost 15 years. I wish I could just be a normal person who wakes up at 6 or 7, finishes my workday at 5 and go to bed at 10 or 11.

I didn't go to bed on Friday night and went to bed at around 1 PM on Saturday. I then woke up at 10:30 at night and went on DU for a little while. then i went to 7 eleven and came back at around midnight.

I have been on DU since midnight Sunda and haven't left ever since. It is now 9:00 PM where I am.

I really wasted my weekend on DU.

Well, I took a two hour break. But that's it.

4. I pull all nighters every night
I've worked third shift for a majority of the last 14 years. I like being up all night -- I just hate having to sleep during the day.
