Wow, best buy fixed my digital camera!
It can zoom again!

Unfortunately, in low-lighting shots the sensor now fucks up the entire image. Didn't do that before...

Goin' back tomorrow... x(

1. Keep checking
When they fix one thing, they break two. It's a rule, I think.

2. I shall.
After the 4th fix I get a new one. :eyes:

Of course, they'd cheat around that too if they could.

I like low light conditions and the camera worked before in that fashion... I'm keeping the pics so they can see firsthand how goofy it is.

3. Greekspeak's LapTop got sent to HP
for repairs through Best Buy. When it gets back, I'm going to turn it on, pull up the system properties and check EVERY single item out BEFORE I leave the store! I've heard stories that people have gotten their computers back with different sized hard drives in them, different sound cards, and all kinds of crazy stuff!

Check out: http://www.badbusinessbureau.com
Click "Search Reports" and type in BestBuy. You'll be suprised at the complaints about them!

6. Sony... also discovered more on the camera:
I just discovered that regular lit areas have horizontal lines going right thru them. It's not just low-light presenting a problem.

They claimed they calibrated and tested it. I must disagree.

I'm write-protecting the storage media and using a separate card to re-take some of the pics to show them with too...
