1. Bit of sad news to report from Reid Park Zoo in Tucson
Their much beloved tapir died a coupld weeks ago. Made me very sad. She was a real sweetheart. Believe she was 25 years old or there abouts.

This one is actually under close veterinary care right now according to the signs. I'm not sure what the problem is.

The certainly are interesting lookin' critters aren't they?
